10 Pressure Points You Need To Know To Relieve Bloating, Insomnia, Arthritis And Sciatica Pain, As Well As Digestive Problems!


  1. Joining the Valley-for Headaches
The Joining the Valley (L 14) acupressure point is the perfect way to get rid of headache. Also, it will help you with toothaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, arthritis, constipation and hangovers.
The location of this point is in the area between the thumb and index finger, at the highest spot of the muscle when both the thumb and finger are put close together. First press, and then massage this point for several minutes. Then repeat on the other hand. Do the procedure whenever is necessary.

Close your eyes and find the Third Eye pressure point on the knobby spot on the bridge of your nose between the eyebrows. Using your middle finger, gently press the point for a few seconds to 1 minute and then release. Repeat this  a couple times a week.

The acupressure point Sea of Tranquility, also known as Conception Vessel 17 (CV 17), has a calming effect and removes anxiety, depression, nervousness, hysteria, emotional imbalances and plus, it boosts the immunity.
It is placed in the center of the breastbone, about 4 fingers over the beginning of the bone. When you are in the prayer position, you can press this point. Your palms should be joined and you fingers turned up. Then, the thumbs should press into the breastbone.
Your back needs to be straight, and for that purpose you should sit on a straight-back chair. Do the pressing for several minutes a day in a period of a few months. Take a slow, deep breathe while doing it.

Hold your leg bended and place your fingers right under the knee cap, with your index finger at the beginning of the knee cap. The Leg Three Miles point is located in the area from the base of the cap to the outside of the shin bone.
Press and hold this point for several seconds a day on the both legs or only on one of them.

This point is placed above the apex of the triangular fossa, on the upper half of the ear. Press this point with your index finger, and press the same point behind the ear with your thumb. Press firmly and massage the points gently. Repeat the treatments several times a day.
It can also be used in combination with other points such as the Broken Sequence, Tim Mee, Sympathetic Autonomic Point etc.
